你认为你最大的缺点是什么？
关于这个问题，大家是怎么回答的呢？回贴大家一起交流啊。
我是这样回答的：sometimes,i cannot make very quick decisi**. i have to ask for many people's advices.for i do not have much experiences. however, as time goes by, i will learn from my experiences and will know how things will develop and i can make decisi** independtly I think my disadvantage sometimes lies in my lack of confidence.In fact.i am a confident guy,but sometimes when i think too much about others' opini** on me,i become somewhat not confident.I firmly believe if i can overcome this weakness,more enerny will be released from me.

我认为这样会让面试官觉得你不自信，而且更是你自己说的。看到有写的建议说这种时候最好回答一些无关痛痒的小缺点。比如说：和老板说话就会紧张啊什么的
